Meet the Board of Directors
I am a Realtor with Signature Real Estate and specialize in residential sales, new construction and property management.
As a lifelong Alaskan, I am very familiar with this great state and all it has to offer. I’m an avid downhill skier, tri-athlete, mountain and long distance runner and enjoys hiking, exploring and camping with her three children.
In college, I studied education at the University of Alaska Anchorage where I developed a love for working with children and later owned a successful daycare in the Valley. My entrepreneurial spirit, drive and determination has evolved into helping others “Live their dreams”!
This Running Realtor has a passion for Real Estate and a great ambition to help others achieve all of their real estate goals.
I am a wife of 13 years with 2 kids; Kaydenz and Kamden. We have lived in the Mat Su Valley since 2006 and have been very active in the community over the years.
We strive to instill a healthy and active childhood for our kids whether that be through sports or other outdoor activities. We find this to be important in youth and in families.
It’s an honor to be a member of a non-profit like this. To help get the community together, doing something active, and raising money for other non-profits.
I have always gravitated towards numbers. For whatever reason, math just makes sense to me. Maybe it’s because there’s always an answer that can be quantified; A rule that supplies the answer; A reason to do it that specific way.
My first bookkeeping job was for my Uncle back in the early 90’s when all we had was paper ledgers and human error. Now I enjoy using technology and my experience and knowledge to keep the books straight.
In 2009, I decided to head back to school and obtain a degree. Raising (2) small children, and working full time for my last year of school wasn’t easy but I knew that it would be worth it. I finished my bachelors degree in 2013 with an emphasis in accounting and a minor in legal studies.
Making sense of numbers and showcasing that information in a way that business owners understand allows for continued business growth and profits.

At Amped Mortgage, we will find a loan that fits each borrower. Unlike big banks that have “order takers” helping you with your loan, we have highly skilled loan consultants.
Our consultants know what it takes to get through underwriting quickly. Also, the big banks have a limited number of lending options available and their loan programs are one size fits all.
We have relationships with many lenders. We will find the lender that offers rates good for your scenario. No matter your needs, we are here to help.
I am proud to have been born on my grandparents homestead in Hatcher Pass and raised in Wasilla. Currently, I have been married for 17 years and am dad to 3 active children.
Until I was 18 years old, I battled an autoimmune disorder. I credit overcoming this to the guidance and support that I received from my coach, family, and church.
As a young adult I enjoyed making, at times, daily trips up Lazy Mountain in the summertime, and practicing martial arts throughout the winter.
For the last decade I have enjoyed training and competing in CrossFit, Functional Fitness, and Weightlifting competitions.
Finally, I have been coaching children and adults in various fitness domains for the last 24 years. It is my passion to foster an environment in which individuals can realize their own potential. Movement is one of the greatest tools to do that.
